Description
Kemper is a sickened serial killer and deranged hypnotist now rotting away in an asylum. However, a mere padded cell is not enough to contain the evil as Kemper's satanic servant "The Man" executes Kemper's revenge on the outside world. Mentally scarred detective Neilson follows the bloody trail in a desperate bid to locate the source of these heinous crimes, but will he be in time or will Kemper get to him first?
